Millar West were delighted to be awarded the contract to supply Norfolk County Council with desking, storage and breakout furniture for the refurbishment programme of their head office building, which spans eight floors, in Norwich.

The building underwent a conversion from cellular offices to open plan areas, accommodating a 7/10 ratio flexible working base for employees. The client selected a beam desking system with separate lockers for staff, removing the need for pedestals and enabling a clear desk policy.

Each floor was designed to provide storage solutions, breakout areas and meeting rooms which are mirrored throughout the building.
