In the event of a fire, time is of the essence. It is vital that the Fire Brigade can reach the fire quickly and effectively to reduce the risk of harm and keep damage to a minimum.
With this in mind we teamed up with Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service and developed the 'Fire Risk Information Box' to aid the effeciency of the Fire Brigade in the event of an emergency.
It should contain essential information on the building such as site and building plans, hazards, lift positions, contacts etc, and should be positioned at a prominent entry point within the building.
The Fire box has a specially designed integrated lock. A key is allocated to a member of staff so that documents can be updated. The Fire Brigade hold a master key for access on arrival.
